He was born in Marion and graduated from Oak Hill High School in 1986. He was an Army veteran.
Mr. Hogan worked in maintenance at Wesleyan Health Care Center and loved fishing, hunting and computers. He was a loving father, son and brother.
Surviving are wife, Stacy (Nielander); daughter, Audrey, at home; mother, Alma Hogan, Converse; brother, Charles E. (Theresa) Hogan, Swayzee; and sisters, Tina Krieg, Converse, and Kristy (Jon) Hinkle, Carmel.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles, on Jan. 20, 2004.
Services are at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Owen-Weilert-Duncan Funeral Home, Larrison-Martin Chapel, 308 E. Marion St., with Jerry Sayer officiating. Burial is in Thrailkill Cemetery, Swayzee, with graveside military rites.
Visitation is noon until services Tuesday at the funeral home.
