Mrs. William Abels
Mrs. Amelia J. Abels, 73, of 1617 Kansas, died Monday at a local hospital after a long illness.
She was born at Louisville, Ky., and had lived in Topeka 65 years.
Surviving are her husband, William C. Abels of the home; three sisters, Mrs. Caroline L. Beyer, Mrs. Clara Jenkins and Mrs. Mae White, all of Kansas City, and several nieces and nephews, including Miss Wilma Seybold of Kansas City. Miss Seybold was reared by Mr. and Mrs. Abels.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Wall-Diffenderfer chapel with burial in Mount Hope cemetery.
