Mrs. Maude P. Hill, 72, died at her home in Albany at 11:45 o'clock yesterday morning following a short illness. Born in Delaware Township, Mrs. Hill had lived in Albany 15 years.
She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, the Twentieth Century Literary Club and the Dorcas Class of the Albany Methodist Church. Mrs. Hill is survived by one sister, Mrs. Christine Bosman, and one brother, Bruce Wingate, both of Albany, and five stepgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the residence, the Rev. Thurman Mott officiating. Burial will be in Black Cemetery. The family has requested that flowers be omitted.
The body will be removed from the Parson mortuary to the residence, where friends may call Saturday morning.
