Cinda Lou Jones, daughter of Lawrence Hale and Ella Zimmerman Hale, wa born August 10, 1946, in Mansfield, and died at the Shawnee Mission Mecical Center, Shawnee Mission, KS, on July 21, 2001, at the age of 54 years.

Cinda was married to Joseph S. Jones on September 18, 1966, at the Seventh Street Baptist Church in Clinton.

Cinda was a friend to all who knew her and her million dollar smile that would light up the darkest room.

Her family was the love of her life and meant everything to her.

Cinda's passions in life were her husband, Joe, and her son, Todd, and they could do no wrong in her eyes.

The last few years of her life she spent each day enjoying God's gifts, the breeze in the trees, the morning sun, a summer storm. She will be loved and missed forever and ever.

Cinda was preceded in death by her father, Lawrende 'Bud' Hale.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Jones of the home; one son, her mother, Ella Hale of Clinton; three brothers, two sisters.

Funeral services were held a tthe Vansant-Mills Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, July 24.
