Mr. Rymer operated his family's business, the Long Branch Poultry Farm, for several years, and was known as the "Chicken Man." He served with the U.S. Army in both Korea and Vietnam.
Mr. Rymer is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kyle and Susan Rymer of Long Branch; two brothers, Bobby Rymer and James Ratledge, of Cleveland, Tenn.; four sisters, Faye Rymer, Sue Rymer, Trish Ratledge and Betty Brown, all of Cleveland; seven grandchildren, and his former wife, Ann Reimann-Bell.
The Damiano Funeral Home, Long Branch, was in charge of arrangements.
