Loraine (Besanson) Jobelius
Loraine Jobelius, 97, died peacefully Friday, April 27, 2012 with her family by her side. She was born October 5, 1914 to the late Comile and Josephine (Bouschard) Besanson in Green Bay. On December 3, 1938 she married Robert Jobelius in Green Bay.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, gardening, and loved a friendly card game. She belonged to the St. Philip's Altar Society.
Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn (Gene) Jonet, Nancy (Steve) Kraucunas; three grandchildren, Patty (Lenny) Schwartz, Paula (Mike) Worthen, Tony Kraucunas; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Burkard, Arlene Goomey; brother, Robert Besanson
Friends and family may call from 9- 11 a.m. Monday, April 30 at St. Philip the Apostle, 312 Victoria St. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with Rev. Dave Pleier officiating. Entombment at the Shrine of Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com.
The family would like to extend a sincere gratitude to Marilyn and the entire staff at Carrington Manor as well as the nurses and staff of Unity Hospice, especially, Jean.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Loraine's name.
