She was born to Weldon and Clara (Brown) Hoff.
Surviving were a daughter, Mrs. Tom (Claire Ann) Walsh, Toledo; a son, Paul R. of Bowling Green; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ruth Kessler.
Mrs. Weinandy had lived in Findlay from 1928 through 1977. She also was a volunteer and a longtime member of the South Toledo Senior Center.
She was a member of the Penn Central Railroad Retirees Club and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
