She was born in North Lawrence on August 21, 1887 a daughter of Jeremiah and Lavina Morris Kelleher. She was a graduate of the Brasher and Stockholm Training Class and taught in the St: Lawrence County schools. On April 23, 1912 she was married to Michael Calnon in Brasher Falls. The couple always lived on the family farm at Holm(s Hill. Mr.
Calnon died March 14. 1947.
She is survived by one son, Robert Calnon, Holmes Hill; two daughters, Mrs. Everett (Eileen) Cowan of Mamaroneck. L. I. And Mrs. George (Rita) Maltals of Tupper Lake; two sisters, Mrs. Thomas (Bina) McCarthy of Holmes Hill and Miss Anna Kellaher of Watertown; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Two children, Margaret and
Gerald died in youth.
Burial was made in St. Patrick cemetery in Brasher Falls.
