S. E. (Boss) Anderson, 87, of Boone died Saturday, January 20, 1979.
He was born May 20, 1891 in Watauga County to the late Bynum and Lettie Moore Anderson. He was a member of The Brushy Fork Baptist Church and a retired farmer.
Surviving are two daughters, one son, one brother, three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted today (Monday) at 2 p.m. at the Brushy Fork Baptist Church, officiated by the Rev, J. B. Parker. Burial will follow in the Mount Lawn Memorial Park and Gardens.
