Nona Carine Mittan - age 91 of the Baptist Health Care Center, Lenoir City passed away Monday, August 13, 2012. She was of the Assembly of God faith. Nona was a homemaker and a caretaker for the elderly.
Preceded in death by her daughter, Loretta Irene; son, Jimmy Wayne; parents, Cecil Hoggard and Julie Hennessee Hoggard; sisters, Bertha, Vergie and Lola; brothers, Earl, Paul and Bobby. Survived by daughter, Judith A. Voland of Knoxville; sons, George L. Watkins of Arizona and Billy W. Williams of Michigan; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Florence (Nell) Adams of Indiana; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 22nd at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Memorial services will follow at 7 p.m. Rev. Kevin Page officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be made to Activities Department, Baptist Health Care Center, 700 Williams Ferry Road, Lenoir City, TN 37771.
