HASZARD - Charles Frederick Lestock, beloved husband of Mrs. Edith Haszard of 924 20th St. S. passed away in the city on Monday, February 17th, 1975 aged 71 years. Mr. Haszard was born at Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, on December 7th, 1903. He later served overseas with the R.C.M.P. Provost Corps. and spent a total of 24 years with the R.C.M.P. He was a charter member of McKillop United Church and was also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion.

Charles Frederick Lestock was the son of Frederick Charles Lestock Haszard who died in England in 1935, and his granddaddy was Francis Longworth Haszard, buried in Sherwood Cemetery, Brackley, PEI. Grandmother, Margaret Elizabeth DesBrisay, also buried there.
