Funeral services for Eunice Owings Shaw, 85, will be Saturday, Auguat 18, 2012 at 2 pm. at Curtis and Son Funeral home, North Chapel with Rev. Tommy Thornton Officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. She passed away on August 14, 2012 at Angels for the Elderly in Montgomery.
Mrs. Shaw was a member of St. Andrews Methodist Church. She was retired from BB Comer Memorial Library with thirty-five years of service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W.J. Shaw.
She is survived by her children, Ron Shaw of Birmingham, Brenda [John] Niblett of Montgomery, and Larry Shaw of San Diego, California, brother, Bill Owings of Sylacauga; sisters, Myrtis Jones of Sylacauga and Ludie Glasscock of Sylacauga; grandchildren, Ted [Paige] Niblett; Josh [Karon] Niblett, Tracie [Scott] Henderson; Heather [Bob] Rickman, Jay [Allison] Shaw, Sarah Stephens, and Emily Shaw; thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 18, from 12 until 2 pm. at the North Chapel.
