Mandel Brothers in Chicago from 1920 until 1932 and then worked as a clothing
buyer and in the retail clothing business in Daytona Beach, Fla., for 25 years.
She had also owned and operated a restaurant in Portland. Her husband, Robert
B., died in 1965. Surviving are several nieces and nephews; and her caregivers,
Henry and Lois Deaton, Tony Deaton, Nancy Laux and Tina Hollingsworth, all of
Portland. Services at 1 p.m. today at Williamson Spencer Funeral Home, Portland
Chapel. Calling two hours before services. Burial in Green Park Cemetery,
Portland. Memorials to Mercer/Darke County Hospice.
