Helen Louise Warren McLaughlin was born in a small frame home in Waco, McLennan Co., Texas. The second born to parents, Gladys Velma McIlhaney and Harley Abijah Warren, Waco, Texas.
Helen married Oscar Tucker and lived with her family for many years in southern Texas, areas of Kemah and Webster.
Helen was preceded in death by brother Harley Eugene "Bud" Warren, by her husband, Patrick "Pat" R. Mclaughlin (d. 1997), as well as her parents (above).
She loved life and loved to laugh. She was loved by her children, parents, siblings and will be greatly missed by everyone she came in contact with.
2002... Helen was survived by her 4 children: Shirley Jean Jarrell and husband Wiley, Rebecca "Becky" Banta and husband Jesse, Oscar Tucker Jr., Terry Jo Tucker, and Randall Paul Tucker. Also grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many cousins. Also survived by her brothers, Robert Joe Warren (Eddie Jean), James Weldon Warren (Lois) and sister Doris D. Warren Corbett-Griffith.
