Myrtle E. Starcher, 88, of Buffalo, formerly of Charleston, passed away Sunday, Oct. 3, 2004, at Buffalo of natural causes.

She was a homemaker and a Methodist.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lina Harper; her husband, Paul S. Starcher; and brothers, Bill, Lee and Alva Harper.

Survivors include: sons and their wives, Paul D. and Virginia Starcher of Yulee, Fla., and Sam G. and Marge Starcher of Morgantown; grandchildren, Tracy L. Thomas of Bruceton Mills, Bryan V. Starcher of Bonita Springs, Fla., and Karen A. Leider of Titusville, Fla.; and four great-grandchildren.

Service will be 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8, at the Lower
