HENRIETTA- John Nelson (Pig) Bowman, 77, of Henrietta died Monday, July 19, 2004, in Henrietta.
Services will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday at Davis Funeral Home with Rev. Howard Walker, pastor of First Christian Church of Henrietta, officiating and Rev. Randy McCormick assisting. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery.
Mr. Bowman served in the Navy and retired from the oilfield business.
Survivors include his wife, Maggie Lee of Henrietta; one son, Junior of Krum, Texas; three daughters, Cindy Wuenschi and Donna Holman, both of Henrietta, and Raelene Semago of Olalla, Wash.; one brother, Leon of Henrietta; two sisters, Elsie Schmitt of Wichita Falls, and Emogene Caruana of San Marcos, Texas; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hope Cemetery Foundation, P.O.Box 37, Henrietta, TX 76365, or the First Christian Church Building Fund, 303 W. Omega, Henrietta, TX 76365.
