Funeral Services for Mrs. Audie Lee Bailey age 92 of Tyler are scheduled for 2:00 PM Tuesday Feb. 4, 2003 in the Chapel of Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Home in Lindale. The Rev. Sherman Mayfield will officiate and burial will follow in the Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Bailey died Saturday morning Feb. 1, in a Tyler Hospice center, she was born Jan. 10, 1911 in Alabama the daughter of Samuel & Para Lee Burton Aaron.

Mrs. Bailey was a lifelong resident of the Lindale and Tyler areas and was a longtime member of the Lindale First Baptist Church and later moved to Tyler and attended Friendly Baptist Church. Mrs. Bailey one time worked for Lasaters Grocery in Tyler.

She was prededed in death by her husband Mr. Rastus Bailey in 1964, also an infant daughter Faye Elizabeth Bailey in 1935.

She is survived by 4 Sons & 3 Daughters-In-Law, James Riley & Pat Bailey of Troup, William "Bill" Bailey of Tyler, Thomas & Clara Bailey of Silsbee, & Jimmy Ray & Polly Bailey of Tyler and 3 Daughters & Sons-In-Law Shelby "Jean" & Fred Norman of Flint, Edna & Thomas Harpole of Big Sandy, & Brenda & George McMinn of Lindale, a Brother & Sister-In-Law, Burton & Opal Aaron of Sipsey, Alabama, 13 Grandchildren & 17 Great-Grandchildren, & Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers.

The Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home in Lindale Monday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
