Rawley Duncan Stallard, Jr., son of Rawley Duncan Stallard, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth (Hutchinson) Stallard, were married on 2 August 1823 to Mary Jane Forester, daughter of William Forester and Jennett McGee.

Rawley and Mary Jane had the following children: Joseph Henderson Stallard, Sr.; John William Stallard; Sarah Jane Stallard; David Forester Stallard; Nancy M. Stallard; Elizabeth Frances "Betsey" Stallard; and Lucy C. Stallard.

The Stallard Connection, p.388:
Very little is known about the life of Rawley, Jr. other than he was a farmer and lived on the banks of the Clinch River near Dungannon, Scott County, VA. He died there of unknown causes at the age of 45 years. Evidence that he was a land owner has not been found; it is possible he lived on land owned by his father. He was a man of some means as his children received an education substantial for the times.
