Diane Cleveland Kitt passed away on May 7, 2009, peacefully in her home after a courageous fight with cancer. She was born on July 18, 1930 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Frank and Erma Cleveland.
Diane was married to Glen Melvin Thompson in 1951, and together they had three children, Sherry, Kerry, and Von Thompson. They were later divorced.
She married Wilbur R. Kitt in 1965 in Las Vegas. They had one son, Lane Rex Kitt. She was a hard working mother, grandmother and homemaker and had a deep love for her animals. Diane is survived by three sons, Lane Kitt, Kerry Thompson, and Von Thompson, and one daughter, Sherry Lynn Thompson Kolothros; 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Diane was preceded in death by her husband. Funeral services held May 11, 2009. Internment at the Murray City Cemetery.
