HEBRON, Ind. -- The funeral of J. W. Paramore who lost his life at Columbia City, Ind., Feb. 22nd., was largely attended. He was in his 57th year. The remains were brought from that place Thursday, and the funeral services were held in the Presbyterian church Friday 2 o'clock p. m. The services were conducted by L. W. A. Luckey of Crown Point. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias, and a large number of the brethren from Valparaiso, Lowell and Crown Point attended. He was well known here and throughout the county. The remains were interred in the cemetery south of town. The church was not large enough to hold the friends of the deceased and consequently a good many did not get into the church.
