Mrs. Nancy Catherine Snyder, 74, died at 1:30 a. m. on Sunday, Jan. 30, at her home one mile west of Rossville. Death was due to angina pectoris. She was born in Ross township, Clinton county, on Nov. 9, 1869, the daughter of Jonathon and Elizabeth Ashba. On May 10, 1890, she was married to Grant Snyder, who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Rossville Methodist church.
Surviving are three daughters, Edith at home, and Mrs. Fern Waters and Mrs. Olga Heafton, both of Fort Wayne; one sister, Mrs. Winnie Roush of Frankfort, and one brother, L. B. Ashba of Frankfort.
Funeral services were held at 2 p. m. on Tuesday at the L. E. Moore & Son Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard Haley officiating. Burial was in the Rossville cemetery.
