Visitation will began at the Pine Knott Funeral Home in Pine Knott, Kentucky at 5:30 p.m. and run until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 31 at the Pine Knox Funeral Home in Pine Knott, Kentucky.
Burial will be in the Up Cal Hill Cemetery in Pine Knott.
Mrs. Stephens, the daughter of the late Orville Page and Thelma Tooley Page, was born November 19, 1933 in Bicknell, Indiana.
She was a homemaker. Her husband, Paul Stephens preceded her in death.
Survivors include one son, Mike Bombe of McKenzie and five grandchildren.
Brummitt Funeral Home was in charge of the local arrangements.
