Denise was born on January 11, 1960 in Glendale, CA to Dean and Claudia Farr Paradis. She married her high school sweetheart, Dale Stone on July 1, 1981 in the Ogden LDS Temple.
She graduated with a Bachelors' Degree in elementary education from Weber State. She taught 4th grade at Hillcrest Elementary and later was a substitute teacher. She enjoyed doing crafts, reading, playing games and spending time with family. She supported her family in all that they did; she always put her family first.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving faithfully in all her callings.
Denise is survived by her husband, Dale; children, Shannel, Shuree, Shalese (Adam) Bruya and Cy; her mother Claudia Paradis; siblings, Alyn Paradis, Kathy (Mike) Penrod, Michelle (Gary) Singleton and Darcie (Steve) Trimble. She was preceded in death by her father, Dean.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, August 20, 2012 at the Harrisville 7th Ward, 1650 North 400 West with a viewing prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Utah Hematology-Oncology, Dr. Carl R. Gray, Nurse Practioner Jan Davis and their medical staff.
