Mrs. Bell was a native of Wilson County, and was a member of Rives Chapel Baptist Church, a Children's Sunday school teacher. She loved watching and feeding birds and working in her flower garden. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Bell.
She is survived by two daughters: Frances B. Johnson and husband, Claxton of Siler City, NC, Patricia B. Boykin and husband, Steve of Currituck, NC; sister: Elizabeth Proctor of Wilson, NC and brother; Bernice Barfield of Tarboro, NC; grandchildren, Carolyn J. Routh and husband, Daniel of Siler City, NC, Robert Boykin of Virginia and Paula Boykin of Maryland; great-grandsons, Tristan And Caemon.
