R. Elwood "Woody" Feltham, 89, formerly of Stroudsburg, died Monday, Feb. 16, in his home in South Plainfield, N.J. He was the husband of Ann H. (Heller) Feltham, at home.

Born on March 24, 1914, in Pocono Lake, he was the son of the late Ralph H. and Retta (Price) Feltham. He lived in Monroe County all of his life before moving to New Jersey on Sept. 1, 2003.

Retiring in 1977, he was employed as a chemical analyst for Pocono Products of Trexlertown, working in the Piscataway, N.J. office.

Woody was a lifetime member of East Stroudsburg United Methodist Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Judy Krieg and her husband Richard of South Plainfield, N.J.; one son, Philip Feltham and his wife Gerry of South Plainfield, N.J.; five granddaughters; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
