Final rites for Mrs. Sadie Acker, 80, were held at Taylor Brothers Funeral Home Sunday.
Mrs. Acker died in the Matagorda General Hospital Saturday. She was a member of the First Methodist Church.
Burial was in Cedarvale Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, S. A. Matthews and Tom Matthews.
