Marjorie was born April 2, 1924 in Barnsdall, Ok, to Charles and Edna (Buzza) Garlick.
She married Harold Armstrong on September 23, 1943 in Parsons, Ks.
She enjoyed gardening, reading and playing guitar. She was a homemaker and was best known as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters; Donna Long of Middle Grove, Mo., Joannie Grist and husband Tom of Topeka and Judy Flagler and husband Mark of Rossville, Ks., two sons Ronald Armstrong of Lawrence, Ks. and Jay Armstrong and wife Nancy of Meriden, Ks. thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harold, a daughter Joyce Chaney and a brother Bill Ferguson.
