Parsons, W. Va. - Funeral services for Jonas Cooper Harman, 72, lifelong resident, farmer and merchant of Harman, died at his home on Tuesday, where held at the Church of the Brethren in Harman Thursday.

Rev. Ellsworth Harman, minister of Church of the Brethren officiated and interment was in the Harman Family Cemetery.

Born August 4, 1878 at Harman, he was the son of the late Jesse and Sarah Cooper Harman.

His wife, the former Mattie Blizzard died several years ago.

He is survived by one son, Warren G. Harman; two daughters, Miss Eva Harman and Mrs. William Edwards, all of Harman; two sisters, Mrs. W. R. Dove and Mrs. Z. M. Judy, both of Harman.
