He was born May 24, 1904 in Waterbury, a son of Mrs. Charlotte (Stieler) Marshall Skilton and the late Charles W. Marshall.
He was employed in the engineering department of Vickers, Inc. He was a member of Bunker Hill Congregational Church, Mad River Grange and Galilee Shrine, White Shrine of Jerusalem. A 32d degree Mason he was a member and past secretary of Euclid Lodge of Masons, Scottish Rite Bodies, Valley of Waterbury, Lafayette Consistory of Bridgeport, Conn.
Besides his mother, he leaves his stepfather, Earl Skilton, Plymouth; his wife, Mrs. Mildred (Ziegelmaier) Marshall, and a daughter, Miss Linda J. Marshall, both of Waterbury.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Alderson Funeral Home. Rev. Charles Pendleton officiating. Burial will be in Old Pine Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Euclid Lodge of Masons will conduct a service at the funeral home Sunday at 8 p.m.
