Melissa Skipper Riggins died peacefully Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011. Born July 12, 1960, she was 51.
Melissa is survived by her father, William C. Skipper and wife Deborah A. of Easton, and her mother, Carolyn A. Swann and husband Paul E. of Easton.
She is also survived by her daughter, Autumne J. Goulet of Delaware; three brothers, William Kevin Skipper, Darrin W. Skipper and Paul T. Swann Sr., all of Easton; one sister, Paula J. Wilson of Tilghman; and four step-sisters. Ms. Riggins is also survived by long-time friend Roger Johnson and her beloved dog Tuna.
