Nellie Gray, Was an American pro-life activist who founded the annual March for Life in 1974, following the Supreme Court ruling Roe v Wade, which decriminalized abortion the previous year, has died.

Nellie was found dead Monday morning in her At home, where she had lived alone, and her death appeared to be from natural causes, said Gene Ruane, an administrator with the March for Life Education and Defense Fund. Ruane said Tuesday that he found her body when he arrived at her home for a meeting.

Ruane said a medical examiner would determine the cause of death.
