Angela Maria Vance of Flint, Michigan, formerly of Frankenmuth, loving daughter of Thomas and Karen (Zelle) Vance passed away suddenly on Monday, August 13, 2012 at thirty years old. Family and friends are grieving the loss of a kind-hearted and fun-loving woman. Angela was born February 23, 1982 in El Salvador and was greatly celebrated as the first daughter and sister of the Vance family. Growing up, Angela developed a love of fishing and animals with her brothers and sister, which was a passion that continued into her adult life. She attended Frankenmuth High School and was employed by Archie's Restaurant in Davison. As an adult, Angela demonstrated a constant caring for others, whether it be friends, family, or children. With a maternal spirit and fun-loving ways, she endeared herself to children, whether those closest to her or those she met in passing. All those who loved Angela know the importance of family and friends to her, as from the time she was little through adult life, she gave of herself to others. Angela's life was far too short, but those who have been touched by her understand that the quality of time with her has created memories that will live for many years to come. Her love for life, quick and easy smile, and her ability to tell a great story made her often the center of any room or event. Loving to laugh, Angela found ways to lighten any situation for all those around her. In each new adventure Angela embarked on, she met and created new friendships and embraced new experiences. Angela leaves many loved ones, including her parents, three brothers, Thomas (Julie) Vance, Jeffrey Vance, Mark (Heather) Vance, and Joanna (Jacob) Guerrero. The endless hugs and kisses from Aunt Angela will be missed by nieces Savannah, Abigail, Olivia, and Emmaline, and her nephew Roman and the many stories from her and of her life will continue to be shared with them. Grandparents (Robert Zelle, Elaine Reid, and Marilyn Pope), aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives also share in the family's immense sadness at a life lost too quickly. Angela was preceded in death by her grandparents, Wilbur and Annabelle Vance. While cremation has taken place, a memorial service for all of Angela's friends and family will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Candlelite Banquet Facility, 6817 Dixie Highway, Bridgeport, Michigan 48722. Angela's family will receive visitors from 12:30 Sunday until the time of the memorial service. Those wishing to express their condolences may choose to make a donation to Angela. We love you and will miss you greatly. We know you are peaceful and watching over each of us. www.casefuneralhome.com
