A wonderful life cut short, but not short-changed. Carmen's love of life, thirst for knowledge and capacity to give of herself were limitless. Her greatest passions were family and friends and her principled views of how to create and enjoy a full life are embodied in her children and grandchildren. To the words dignity, honesty, family, simple pleasure, hard work and love, she gave both truer and greater meaning.
Born May 18, 1938, in Gunnison, Utah, she is survived by: her husband of 44 years, Bob Hill, Pleasant View, Utah; her parents, Dick and Twilla Anderson, Murray, Utah; her daughter and family, Shirleen and Craig Bakken, Ashley, Nicole and Lauren, Bothell, Washington; her son and family, Scott and Christy Hill, Kelsey, Courtney, Lindsay and Tyler, Chappaqua, New York; her son and family, Mark Hill and Karen Roetman, Margaret Carmen "Meg", Seattle, Washington; her sister and husband, Joan and Fred Poston, Pleasant View, Utah; her brother, Ross Anderson, San Francisco, California; her brother, Blake Anderson, Salt Lake City, Utah.
