Son of John and Elizabeth Boulter Enniss.

Willard married Mary Emily Wadley on Dec 14, 1882 in Salt Lake, Utah Territory. They were the parents of 12 children. John Wadley, Hannah Mable, Annie Estella,Willard Daniel, Heber Joseph, Charles Sivil, Alva Benjamin, Vern Wilson, Maysel Augusta, Emily Elizabeth, Franklin Domey, and Elmer Marr Enniss.

He later married Annie Durant Huff on in Salt Lake. He adopted her son Leonard Birdsell Franklin and then they had four other children, Mary, Noel, Jane and Bruce. This made a total of 17 children raised by Willard Enniss.
