Mrs. Mabel A. Weaver, 70, of Clintondale, a former resident at 513 E. Park St.Lock Haven,died at 10:50 AM today at the Lock Haven Hospital.She was the widow of John William Weaver, a New York and Penna. boiler foreman who died in 1950. She had lived the past
nine years at Mill Hall R.D. 1. Mrs. Weaver had been ill ten months, and failing in health since she underwent surgery last April.
She re-entered the hospital on Friday, Dec. 29, 1961. Born at Potter's Mills, Centre County, April 13, 1891, she was a daughter of John and Mary Jacobs Colyer. The family came to Clinton County in 1918, and she had lived in Flemington before moving to Lock Haven.Mrs. Weaver was a member of the Flemington Church of Christ, but attended the Mill Hall church. She leaves four daughters: Mrs. Ralph Evers, Lock Haven: Mrs. George Ketner and Mrs. Robert Shaffer, Mill Hall; and Mrs. Francis Horne, Jersey Shore; also three brothers, David and Morris Colyer, Lock Haven, and Oscar,Colyer, Mill Hall; 17 grandchildrenand 25 great grandchildren.
