The son of the late James Floyd Bilbrey and Bell (Cannon) Bilbrey, Ray was born on May 1, 1929 in Cumberland County, Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife Evelyn (Presley) Bilbrey of the home and other relatives and friends.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing. Private family services will be held at a later date.
