ABERDEEN - Vivian Hannah Fike, 84, died Thursday, May 15, 2008, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus. She was born Dec. 9, 1923, in Springville, Ala., to Clarence Jones Hannah and Pauline Jones Hannah. She was a graduate of Woodlawn High School in Birmingham. She lived in Aberdeen for the past 55 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Aberdeen First United Methodist Church.



Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Tisdale-Lann Memorial Chapel in Aberdeen with the Rev. Ron Williams and the Rev. Larry Maugh officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.



Survivors include two daughters, Kay Jones (Tommy) of Columbus and Sue Howell (Mark) of Aberdeen; one grandchild, Hannah Howell.



She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Elbert Osroe "E.O." Fike Jr.; and a brother, Carlton Hannah.



Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Arthur Brown; Dr. John Whitecar Jr.; and the residents and staff of Pioneer Community Hospital Assisted Living.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to service time Sunday at the funeral home.
