Mrs. Ramsay Miles city, Dies
MILES CITY, MT. ---- Funeral services for Mrs. Annie L. Ramsay, 101, who died Friday in a Miles City nursing home, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Graves Funeral Chapel.
The Rev. John B. Fitz, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church will officiate.
Burial will be in the Custer County Cemetery, Miles City, MT.
Mrs. Ramsey was the mother of Glen Ramsey, long time Miles City merchant.
She was born Feb. 3, 1863, in Bridgeville, OH.
She came to Montana from Hutchinson, KS., in 1880 to join her brother, Harley Miskimen, in Glendive.
She was married in 1900 to James Ramsey and they moved to Miles City that year.
Mrs. Ramsey was a charter member of the Order of Eastern Star at Glendive and was later a member at Miles City.
Mr. Ramsey died in 1920.
Surviving are the son in Miles City and one grandchild.
