Edwin was born Sept. 5, 1947, in Sheridan, Ark., to Ernest and Ruby Mae Clark Crutch- field.
He married Linda Kay Nelson on Nov. 24, 1967, in Doty, Wash.
He attended Mansfield High School in Mansfield, Wash., and Northwest College in Kirkland, Wash. He was president of Home Styles Inc. and was the pastor of Family Community Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle and playing and singing worship music.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Chad of Eugene and Joel of Springfield; a daughter, Meleah Drago of Triangle Lake; two brothers, Cleo of Ohio and Carrol of California; two sisters, June McGrath of Washington and Barbra Williams of Oregon; and seven grandchildren.
Andreason's Cremation & Burial Service in Eugene was in charge of arrangements.
