Rosa Lee Smith, 66, of Morganton, passed away Sunday, Oct. 5, 2008, at Grace Hospital. She was born Oct. 19, 1941 in Cleveland County to Blanche Swink Smith and the late Kelly Smith.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sisters, Betty Clarke and her husband, Roger, of Morganton, Edna Sinclair and her husband, Wylie, of Columbia, S.C., and Ruby Epley and Mozelle Sheehan, both of Morganton.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her infant son, Danny Lee; and a sister, Evelyn Jordon.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today with funeral service to follow at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Donald Gragg officiating at Kirksey Funeral Home in Morganton. Arrangements are in the care of Kirksey Funeral Home in Morganton.
