MINA B. ZANKLE
Mrs. Edward J. Zankle, 71, of 935 N. 12th St., Manitowoc, died Friday afternoon
at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Grace Lutheran Church, Manitowoc.
The Rev. A. T. Degner will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mrs. Zankle, nee Mina Wiesman, was born July 23, 1899, at Manitowoc, daughter of
the late Robert and Mina Radatz Wiesman. She was married to Edward Zankle March 1,
1923, at Manitowoc. Her husband preceded her in death Aug. 20, 1969. Mrs. Zankle
was a charter member of Grace Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid Society of the
church.
Survivors include a brother, Edwin, of Two Rivers, three sisters, Mrs. Mata Welk,
Mrs. Earl Walter and Mrs. Walter Johnson all of Manitowoc and a grandson. Two
daughters, a sister and a brother preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 4 p.m.
Sunday until noon Monday and then at the church until the time of service.
