Howard H. Zabel, 62, of 4102 Katers Drive, Green Bay, died Friday morning, Dec. 7, at a Green Bay hospital.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Green Bay.
Mr. Zabel was born at Manitowoc, son of Mrs. Louise Zabel and the late John Zabel. He married Marcella Evenson at Manitowoc. The couple resided at Green Bay since1957. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Zabel was a job placement counselor for the Sheltered Industries of Green Bay. Prior to this she was a salesman for Crest Manufacturing Company. He was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, James of Green Bay, and Mark of Willmar, Minn.; two daughters, Mrs. Bruce (Mary) Muller of Green Bay, and Mrs. Nicholas (Judy) Lom of Watertown, Wis.; his mother, Louise of Manitowoc; a brother, Robert of Manitowoc, and eight grandchildren.
Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., Green Bay, from 2 p.m.-9 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. to noon Monday.
