Elmer J. Troullier, 69, of 1110 N. 17th St., Manitowoc, died Sunday afternoon,
April 27, at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral
Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Arthur C. Senn will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Troullier was born March 16, 1911, at Manitowoc, son of the late Joseph
and Anna Podrabsky Troullier. He was educated in Manitowoc County schools and
married Anna M. Yanda Nov. 30, 1929. Mr. Troullier was employed with the
Manitowoc County Highway Department for 26 years, retiring in 1973. Following
his retirement, he became involved in the repair of small engines and lawn
mowers. Mr. and Mrs. Troullier celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in
1979.
Survivors include his wife, six sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Jeri of
Decatur, Ala., Clifford and Elaine, Vernon and LaVonne, Milton and Janice and
Allan and Linda of Manitowoc and Thomas at home; five daughters and four sons-
in-laws, Mrs. Eunice MacDonald and Dorothy and Thomas M. Klein of Manitowoc,
Josephine and Robert Novak of Green Bay, LaVerne and Ronald Schmidt of Appleton
and Bonnie and Paul Wernecke of Seal Beach, Calif.; a daughter-in-law, Mrs.
Norman (Anna May) Troullier of Manitowoc, 33 grandchildren and three great
grandchildren. A son, Norman, preceded him in death Dec. 16, 1977.
