DEATH CLAIMS MRS. B. STELZER
Injury Sustained In Fall Results In Death Today
Mrs. Bertha A. Stelzer, 77, died this morning at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. Harry Streich, 1420 South Tenth street with whom she had made her home
for the last eight years.
A month ago Mrs. Stelzer fell and was injured. Her condition grew rapidly
worse since the accident.
Born Bertha Hartung in Two Rivers in 1858 she was married to John Stelzer 50
years ago. The couple located on a farm in the town of Mishicot. In later
years they disposed of the farm and moved into the village of Mishicot where
they resided for 17 years.
Eight years ago Mr. and Mrs. Stelzer moved to this city to make their home
with their daughter, Mrs. Streich. Mr. Stelzer died four years ago.
Survivors are two sons, Henry, Two Rivers, and Arthur, Minneapolis; four
daughters, Mrs. Walter Krieck, Appleton, Mrs. Nicholas Beck, West Allis, Mrs.
Arthur Simsen, Kennewick, Wash., Mrs. Harry Streich, City.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed.

Stelzer Funeral Will Be Conducted Wednesday
Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha A. Stelzer, 77, who died at the home of her
daughter, Mrs. Harry Streich, South Tenth street, yesterday, will be held
Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Pfeffer funeral home. Interment will be in
Evergreen cemetery.
The body is at the funeral home and may be viewed there until the hour of
the services.
