DORIS M. SEVERSON
Mrs. Martin (Doris M.) Severson, 61, of 502 S. 25th St., Manitowoc,
died Sunday, July 30, 1989 at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 9:30 am Wednesday at Harrigan Parkside
Funeral Home and 10 am at St. Paul Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Rev.
Ronald Reimer will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial and
burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Severson was born January 3, 1928 at Manitowoc, daughter of the
late Joseph and Emily Wranovsky Klinkner. She attended Sacred Heart
Grade School and Lincoln High School graduating with the Class of
1945. For the past 20 years she did volunteer work at Holy Family
Medical Center and currently was the Manager of Holy Family Gift Shop.
She married Martin F. Severson, September 4, 1948, at Manitowoc. Mrs.
Severson was a past member of Catholic Junior League and St. Paul
Christian Mother Society and was currently a member of St. Paul
Catholic church, Manitowoc.
Survivors include her husband, Martin, four children, Judy (Rick)
Jasculca of River Forest, Illinois, Tom (Suzanne) Severson of Manitowoc,
Gary (Heidi) Severson of Edgewood, Kentucky and Rob (Annette) Severson
of Beaverton, Oregon; two brothers, Jerome (Delores) Klinkner of Two
Rivers and Clarence Klinkner of Manitowoc; a sister, Muriel Pratt of
Manitowoc; an aunt, Lucille Wranovsky of Manitowoc; 8 grandchildren;
11 nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Friend may call at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 5 pm to
9 pm Tuesday where a prayer service will be at 8 pm led by Deacon
William Klein. Memorials would be appreciated to American Cancer Society
