MARGARETHA SENGLAUB

Mrs. Otto H. Senglaub, 74, of 702 Hamilton street, died Monday afternoon of a
heart attack while seated at a chair in front of the radio. She was discovered
by her son, Milton, of Two Rivers, when he came to visit her in mid afternoon.
Born Margaretha Meyer in Manitowoc Rapids, she came to this city with her parents
when a child. Fifty year ago she was married to Otto Senglaub and they located
for two years at Wabano, then returning to Manitowoc, where they resided except
for a year spent at Spokane, Wash., in 1908.
Mr. Senglaub, who was an official of the Schreihart Brewing company and later
the Kingsbury Breweries company, died 10 years ago.
Survivors are four sons, Raymond and Arthur of this city, Milton of Two Rivers,
and Lyell of St. Paul; three sisters, Mrs. John Jebavy of Two Rivers, Mrs. J.A.
Murray of Milwaukee and Mrs. Albert Wetenkamp of route 5, Manitowoc; and eight
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Urbanek and Schlei
funeral home, the Rev. C. H. Phipps officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen
cemetery.
