Miss Lucille Van Zon is Bride of Arthur Senglaub Today
An impressive ceremony was performed this morning by Rev. W. J. Luby at the
Sacred Heart Church at ten o'clock this morning, when Miss Lucille Van Zon
became the bride of Arthur H. Senglaub. The ceremony was among the pretty
early June ceremonies to take place and was witnessed by a large gathering
of friends and relatives.
Mrs. E. A. Harrington of Chicago was the matron of honor with Misses Alice
Krainek and Florence Reinert as the bridesmaids. Lyell Senglaub was the best
man and the ushers were Roy Peronto and Joseph Van Zon. A reception followed
the ceremony at the Catholic Center for seventy-five friends and relatives
of the young couple. A dinner was served at six o'clock to one hundred at
Kugler's Hall.
The bride is among the younger social set of the city and is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Van Zon of 837 North 11th Street and the groom is the son
of Mr. and Mrs. Otto H. Senglaub.
Following a week's honeymoon Mr. and Mrs. Senglaub will make their home in
the city, the groom being affiliated with the Manitowoc Products Co. The out
of town people here for the wedding included Messrs and Mesdames E. A.
Harrington, William Kreer, Joseph Kreer and children, Frank Radtke, Mrs. B.
Harrington, Henry Kreer, all of Chicago; Mrs. Otto Meyer and family of St.
Louis, Mrs. Henry Smith and daughter of Wausau and Mr. and Mrs. C. Schuler of
Milwaukee.
