Mrs. Lillian R. Schwarzenbart, 87, of River Hills Apartments, 1500 N.
Third St., Manitowoc, died Sunday afternoon, August 14, 1987 at her
residence. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Wednesday at Pfeffer
Funeral Home and 11 am at St. Andrew Catholic church, Manitowoc. The
Rev. James Stamborski will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial and
burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Schwarzenbart, nee Lillian Ruth Mally, was born March 20, 1900 at
Manitowoc, daughter of the late Frank and Theresa Groehsl Mally. She was
a lifelong Manitowoc resident. She was married to Frederick
Schwarzenbart Sr., September 5, 1922 at St. Boniface Catholic Church. He
preceded her in death July 6, 1963. Mrs. Schwarzenbart was a member of
St. Andrew Parish and The American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Frederick and Doris
Schwarzenbart of Manitowoc; Donald and Mary Schwarzenbart of Fort
Atkinson, Wisconsin; two daughters and a son-in-law, Marjorie Price of
Irvine, California and Anne and Richard Karman of Manitowoc; two
sisters, Mrs. Anna Weisner of Manitowoc and Miss Eleanor Mally of
Sheboygan; 20 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded
in death by four brothers, three sisters and a son-in-law, William Price.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 9 am
Wednesday. There will be no Tuesday evening visitation.
