Death Sunday of 80-year old Mrs. Schultz, a well-known resident of our city, at
the local Holy Family Hospital. The funeral was held Tuesday from the Reformed
Church.

STATE OF WISCONSIN-MANITOWOC COUNTY COURT-In Probate.
In the Matter of the Estate of Mary Schultz, deceased, intestate.
On reading and filing the petition of Charles Esch, of the City of Manitowoc,
in said county, representing among other things that Mary Schultz, an inhabitant
of said county, on the 12th day of August, A.D. 1906, at said City of Manitowoc,
died intestate, leaving estate to be administered, and that the said petitioner
is a friend of said deceased, and praying that administration of said estate be
to said petitioner granted.
It Is Ordered, that said petition be heard at a general term of said County Court
to be held on Tuesday, the 5th day of Febraury, A.D. 1907, at 10 o'clock a.M.,
at the office of the County Judge, in the city of Manitowoc, in said county.
Ordered Further, that notice of the time and place so appointed, be given to all
persons interested, by publication hereof for three weeks successively, prior to
said day of hearing, in the Manitowoc Pilot, a weekly, newspaper published at
Manitowoc in said County.
Dated at Manitowoc, the 7th day of January, A.D. 1907.
