ANNA SCHRANK

Mrs. Gustave Schrank, 80, of 1112 S. 15th St., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly
Friday afternoon at home.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First German Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Manitowoc, the Rev. L. H. Koeninger officiating. Burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Schrank, nee Anna Lindemann, was born Nov. 21, 1884, in the Town of
Liberty, daughter of the late Carl and Amelia Wenke Lindemann. She attended
schools in the township and was married to Gustave Schrank Oct. 20, 1904. The
couple farmed in the Towns of Liberty and Manitowoc and at Newton before coming
to Manitowoc to reside 25 years ago. The couple had observed its 60th wedding
anniversary last October. She was a member of the First German Evangelical
Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid and the Golden Agers.
Survivors are the husband, a daughter, Mrs. Norbert (Erna) Brick, of Town of
Newton; three sons, Walter, of Sheboygan, Erhardt, of Manitowoc and Leonard,
of the Town of Manitowoc Rapids, a sister, Mrs. Adolph Leider, of Manitowoc;
a brother, Emil, of Two Rivers, 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Four sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 3 p.m. Sunday until
11 a.m. Monday and then at the church.
